First Thursday Meal
Our next First Thursday meal will be served on June 4, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., or until we run out of food. We can always use volunteers to help prepare and serve the meal. If you are interested in helping, please contact the church office!
Mae Howard Circle - June 15
The Mae Howard Circle will meet on Monday, June 15, at 10:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall. All ladies are invited to come join us for a business meeting, program, and fellowship. Hope to see you there!
History of Methodism Lunch & Learn Series
The Christian Education Team has put together a 3-week Lunch & Learn series on Methodist history. Sessions will be held on Tuesdays, June 16 through July 7, at 11:00 a.m. in the fellowship hall. Together we will journey through the story that shaped our faith, from a spark in John Wesley's heart to the people of Rehobeth today. No background needed--just bring your curiosity and an open heart. If you are interested in participating, please sign up on the sheet located in the Info Center in the Hall.

Third-Mile Giving for June
Third-Mile Giving Sunday this month is June 21. One-hundred percent of donations collected this month will go to Ashure Ministries, which provides food to needy folks in Catawba County as well as managing a thrift store. Many of our church members volunteer faithfully at this worthwhile ministry. Please prayerfully consider making a donation, over and above your normal tithe offering, to this deserving cause. If writing a check, make the check payable to Rehobeth Church and write Ashure Ministries on the memo line. If donating cash, please place the money in an enveloped marked Ashure Ministries. As always, thank you for your generosity!
Looking Ahead
Fun Timers Adventure - June 23
The Fun Timers will be touring the Catawba County Museum of History in Newton on Tuesday, June 23. This will be a guided walking tour lasting approximately 1 1/2 hours. An elevator is available for those who need it, and there will be seating at various points throughout the tour. Cost is $5.35 per person paid at the museum. We will depart from the church at 8:30 a.m. to carpool. The tour will begin at 9L00 am.
Following the tour, we will enjoy lunch at Backstreets Grill, located just one block from the museum. To ensure we have an accurate headcount, please sign up on Facebook or on the sign-up sheet in the Narthex hallway. Let's make it another fun outing!
